The article outlines the contents of an address given the Minister for Health to the Fianna Fail Ard Fheis in which he condemned a speech made by his predecessor under the auspices of the organisation 'Tuairim'. The article also refers to a resolution which was mooted by Reiltin Ni Bhroin concerning the establishment of a grants scheme to aid the building of secondary schools.
