Copy letter to Mrs Rena Culligan, South Africa, from the Private Secretary to the Taoiseach, 6 April 1944. `The administration of such a fund should not present any difficulty once the intentions of the donors are made clear. The Universities or Schools of Science and Art as well as any appropriate Departments of State, such as the Department of Education or the Department of Agriculture can readily be consulted should that be desirable'.
