Report of the Civil Service Arbitration Board, 5 February 1951. The report outlines the terms of reference of the Board whose parties include representatives from the Post Office Workers' Union and the Minister for Posts and Telegraphs. The report lists the grades within the postal service whose wages are under consideration, for example, 'Post Office Clerks, Grade A, male and female; Telephonists; Female Stores Assistants and Warehousewomen'.
